An ambitious conference in Riga will outline the future of retail

For retail professionals, Shopping for Future is the keynote event of the 20th anniversary of Rimi Baltic. The Conference will gather more than 300 suppliers as well as opinion leaders from the Baltics and other countries of the European Union to hear seven world known speakers and review the sector trends and development scenarios.

Edgar Sesemann, Rimi Baltic Chairman of the Board: “This is the 20th anniversary of Rimi Baltic in the Latvian and Baltic markets. We wish to celebrate it together with retail industry professionals giving some added value to the sector development. Our goal is to outline the prospects of the sector and discuss changes and challenges we will face in the coming decade. It is also important to talk about our responsibility to our customers and our ability to adapt to the modern consumer values and needs.

Shopping for Future content is divided into three topic groups: Personal – Consumer Driven Industry, Digital – Digitalisation in Retail and Lifestyle – Power of Brand.
