Rimi Baltic management is responsible for the administration of Rimi Baltic business in the interests of shareholders in compliance with the ICA Gruppen strategic goals.
Team
Management team consists of twelve members led by Giedrius Bandzevičius, the CEO of Rimi Baltic and the member of ICA Gruppen management. The management works to ensure that systems for monitoring and control of operations are effective, applicable laws and regulations are complied, as well as ethical rules are followed for employee conduct. The executive management meets regularly to discuss the company’s development and make decisions on issues of significance to the business.
