Rimi employs people with disabilities and introduces this practice in public in order to engage more and more such people in working environment. Rimi Estonia has been several times noted for this good work with special prizes.

Rimi Latvia has been acknowledged as an excellent working place which provides development and education opportunities to its employees.

Rimi Lithuania received number of awards and recognitions for its consecutive work in diversity field and is presented as an example in various leadership and management conferences and public events.

Rimi was among the first to join European Diversity Month celebration in Lithuania by organizing different team building, educational and entertainment events for Rimi employees and webinars broadcasted by target media.

Rimi has done several campaigns in order to recognize elderly women as loyal and capable employees. Their role in society is important and we are proud to emphasize it through our own experience.

Rimi motivates its employees to learn and gain experience by organizing Rimi Learning month and informative lectures to keep the employees up to date with the newest technologies and tendencies.
